Phoebe Helen Altman (1858-1915)

Phoebe Helen Altman was born 12.Nov.1858 in Scioto County, OH. Her parents were Solomon Altman (1831-1886) and Mary Throckmorton.

Phoebe died at age 56 on 12.May.1915 in Dry Creek, Garfield, NB. Her grave is in Dry Cedar Cemetery, Garfield County, NB.
