Mary Ellen Marshall was born, along with her twin sister Nancy Ellen, on 10.Oct.1844 in Jackson County, OH.  Her parents were Richard F. Marshall and Sarah “Sally” Hall.  Mary Ellen’s father died about 8 months after her birth.

==== Death ====
Mary Ellen died at age 2 on 21.Sep.1847, the day before the death of her twin sister Nancy Ellen.  Their graves are in Marshall Cemetery, Waverly, Pike, OH.
