Jonas Rockwell was born 15.Feb.1851 in Ohio.  His parents were Silas H. Rockwell and Rachel Vernon.

==== Marriage ====
On 11.Nov.1871, Silas  married [[surname:marshall:1798_richard:richard_01_sarah:1823_joshua:joshua_01_narcissus:1853_sarah_ann|Sarah Ann Marshall]].  The marriage took place in Scioto County, OH.  Sarah Ann died in 1877.

On 5.Aug.1877, Silas married Nancy Ann Rowe.  The marriage took place in Ross County, OH.

Silas died at age 61 on 19.Oct.1912 in Springfield, Clark, OH.  His grave is in Ferncliff Cemetery, Springfield, Clark, OH.
